I recently travled to southern india and ate UNBELIEVABLE food , which was made with all kinds of pulses, beans, veggies of all sorts and prepared in all different ways, and fresh squeezed juices and NOBODY SMOKED , NOBODY DRANK, and people drank a yogurt drink called lassi. I have never been feeling so healthy in my whole life. It was great.
I have been reading some of the comments concerning Indian food since I have been on Yahoo answers and I dont know if their information is either ignorant , mis informed, or biased , but INDIAN FOOD IS NOT UNHEALTHY AND FATTENING! I could not believe all the answers I was reading. People saying stuff like rice is fattening. and they all seem to promote things like Weight Watchers Toast instead! I cannot understand it!
