I was watching this on the hollywood celebs channel about what goes on with them or whatever and it came across that she hit got into a wreck killing a woman and the family is suing her for 50 million dollars and she could face a yr in prison and $1,000 fine.
But isnt this manslaughter i mean forget the money she was was driving recklessly and killed a woman anyone else would have faced manslaughter with no telling how many yrs in prison for this.. What do you think about this and what should be done

His back claws are so long that they extend out of his paws when hes not putting any wait on them. shouldnt they retract like his front. i dont want him declawed cause thats cruel. and i dont want to hurt him. So should i trim them and will it hurt or affect him? he scratches his neck alot. and he has cut his neck twice. he doesnt have fleas. is there something to get him to stop scratching himself. hes an outside cat and im assuming the other cat has bit or did something to his neck to irritate him.

my meaning is initially when nature was created spirits might be created then some spirits sent to world as i heard from vedas that it was difficult to run the world for the God because spirits were going to the original home . then God created more and more maya so that spirits should struck in maya wheel. ok that is fine it was initial phase . but now why the spirits come back to worldly life from the heavenly life or brahamha lok life.what could be the possible reason. i am not saying wheather it is true or not . i am saying suppose it is true then why it happens.

I recently bought a box of Instead and it was very uncomfortable to use. I was wondering if I was using it wrong or what your experiences have been with it. It felt like it was pushing against my bladder and blocking it all at the same time. I met this girl around the beginning of the school year around August. She flirted with me a lot (kissed me once in my hand...) and poked my stomach all the time. Me and her used to get along really well, thing was she had a boyfriend. They broke up, but I wasn't ready to be in a relationship. So she got a new boyfriend, but she kept flirting with me. Her boyfriend was/is my friend, so I decided to ignore her. I ignored for about 3 months, she would still call me telling me things to bother me, like how my acting sucked and how *gay* I was, it was all said in a playful manner though. Also come up to me grab by the waist and say " hello love" and always calling me to say hi, which I would only answer with ignoration. Sadly, my mother passed away, and it just wanted to get something off my chest. I talked to ger for the first time in a long time by AIM about it, she told me she "was gonna help me get thorugh it" and "hang out with me and only me in lunch. She spanked me in the butt!

Buy some kimchee, let it set out for about 2weeks so it can sour up, dont worry it doesnt spoil. Take the kimchee and its juices and add water, not too much water add some red peper powder, green onions, garlic, some dashda (korean beef powder) alittle bit of soy suace 1/3 cup..add some tofu(cubed) add some pork or chicken cut how your desire.

I am sophomore in a fairly decent size midwestern college (11,000 enrolled) with a 3.45 GPA and its moving significantly upward, I should be able to get it to 3.75 before I graduate. In practice LSATs I have been averaging around 150s which I know I can get better at before I need to take it. What really bothers me is that I am not extremely proficient with Grammar and I am involved in very little extra-curricular activities. Is there anything I can do to increase my chances for getting into a top 10 law school in the country?
