yes. and a heck of a lot faster if you exercise 3-4 times a week for 30 mins, with your heart going around 80% of max. a rough calculation is 220-your age = max. talk to your doc if youre starting an exercise program though, if you go 80% right from the start youre gonna cause yourself problems

You are doing great, and I can add you need to eat vegetables that grow above ground, not so much of the under the ground ones. Do not eat your fruit when you eat a meal, eat the fruit between meals. To have a good and balanced diet researchers tell us we need between 5-7 different colored fruits and vegetables a day.
I completely changed my eating style about two years ago and have dropped 42 pounds and 4 sizes in clothing.
Do You work out? Walking is excellent, swimming, jogging, whatever you are able to do. I do Body Flex and have a Rebounder
As I am a small eater I also take supplements as there is very little minerals in our food today and we need that. I have never felt better in my life that being soon 77 years young.

God Bless you for changing. The Bible says our body is the temple of the Holy Ghost so we are to take care of it.

To lose weight you have to burn off more energy than you consume. Keep in mind that to remain healthy you will have to balance your diet with a wide variety of foods which include protein, carbs and fats. Eventually, you will lose weight and feel better.

its all about the amount of calories you are taking in. It is much better for you to eat fruit and avoid fast food, but if you are still taking in more calories than you are expending throughout the day, your weight wont change.

Your weight will change. However, you must stick to the the new diet as once you stop the diet, the pounds will immediatley come back. You've really only "lost" the pounds as long as you've kept up to the new diet.

I would assume so....but the main thing is that you are now being healthy. The foods that you were previously eating were rotten...you must have felt like shite eating all that shite all the time. Keep up the good work, & goodluck!

Exercise too. :)
