I met this girl around the beginning of the school year around August. She flirted with me a lot (kissed me once in my hand...) and poked my stomach all the time. Me and her used to get along really well, thing was she had a boyfriend. They broke up, but I wasn't ready to be in a relationship. So she got a new boyfriend, but she kept flirting with me. Her boyfriend was/is my friend, so I decided to ignore her. I ignored for about 3 months, she would still call me telling me things to bother me, like how my acting sucked and how *gay* I was, it was all said in a playful manner though. Also come up to me grab by the waist and say " hello love" and always calling me to say hi, which I would only answer with ignoration. Sadly, my mother passed away, and it just wanted to get something off my chest. I talked to ger for the first time in a long time by AIM about it, she told me she "was gonna help me get thorugh it" and "hang out with me and only me in lunch. She spanked me in the butt!

While I was drinking water from a water fountain. I didnt go attend school for about 3 days and told me "we miss you at school", I told her I was too sad to go, so she told me that she was gonna call me in the morning to wake me up and make me go. I am currently talking to her, but now she seems less interested...WHATS THE DEAL??

Another thing she told me during my grief that if I wanted to go to her house to chill or whatever, to just ask. She said "I know how memories can be". I ask her to come to my house but said her mom wouldnt let her.

the deal is you ignored her for months. she won't wait forever, you know. imagine if she'd been waiting on you all that while, and you never showed particular interest in her. that would hurt, so maybe she's being a bit more cautious this time around. it does seem like she really does care for you, still, though, so ask her out. be open about how you feel, so that she doesn't have to guess, and if you are still confused (i'm in this boat right now, too) just ask her straight up ;)

Some girls may like you and are too shy or not forward about their feelings. We all act in a funny way when we like someone. We flirt, ignore, make fun of you and be funny. Not all girls will go directly to you and say they like you. So by just little things they do you can pick that up. The fact that she was willing to help you thought your grief about your mother's death, she really cares. It also can be that she does not see your interest on her, so she moved on to someone else, but at the same time hoping for your attention. Maybe she is waiting for you to make the first move, have you ever thought of that? If a girl truly does not like you, after your ignorance, especially if it lasts for few months, she will forget about you, but she didn't. Now i think you know the answer to that. Good luck.

this girl has been just playin you....I can't assume why, but if she truly liked you she would act like a real friend and grow up and just be normal.......God! What is wrong with ppl!!!???!!!
other than that, maybe she felt rejected when you weren't ready to be in a relationship, she sounds like she loves attention so she just had to get another boyfriend.....she's just messing around, do not attempt to seriously date this girl.....she'll just find another guy to flirt with while she's your girlfriend if you do.......
