If you want some good korean spicy soup make this.

Buy some kimchee, let it set out for about 2weeks so it can sour up, dont worry it doesnt spoil. Take the kimchee and its juices and add water, not too much water add some red peper powder, green onions, garlic, some dashda (korean beef powder) alittle bit of soy suace 1/3 cup..add some tofu(cubed) add some pork or chicken cut how your desire.

Kimchi is fairly sturdy for you, yet you won't be able to easily consume that. Um Kimbap, Chop Chae, Bim Bim Bap are are rather sturdy tasting and function fairly low calorie count extensive form. this is all i will think of of on the 2d, yet i'm hoping it facilitates!
