Is there any place that I can get gelcaps to pack drugs that are orally taken?

Or does anyone have a easy way to take powdered drugs? Right now I just mix it in with water and drink it down, but it's really bitter, and I'd like a way to take it without water so that it's more portable.

I am married and am having an affair, so now I've been caught - the wife confronted me and said she wanted to know the truth and she wasn't mad, just to tell her the truth, he was there, but not making any eye contact with me at all, so I have no idea what was said to her about the affair or if he just said that I was the one doing all the coming on or what! I got out of answering any questions for the moment, but come tomorrow it's all going down - please help me and I really don't need to know how wrong I am and all the negatives that will surely come.

I am doing a study on the angles of basketball shots and I was wondering if cable, satellite, and internet TV all have the same number of frames per second. Are the games filmed at the same frame rate they are shown and if not is there any way to get access to the faster video?

Also, is there any way to get recordings of the entire 63 game NCAA basketball tournament after it is played? Either ordering something like a DVD or downloading it. If I tried recording the live games myself I'm sure I would miss one and then have to wait until next year to have an entire tournament.

I have two cockatiels that hang out on the top of their cage most of the day. They like to hang their bums off the side and poop ends up on the floor...EWW! Well, I spend a lot of time cleaning it up. I was wondering if the cage that has the little sides the come out around the bottom would really be helpful. Does anyone else have this problem?

my trainer who has a great body(he went to a university and became a phys ed teacher and now is a personal trainer). He gave me a list of what to eat. I added it up on CalorieKing.com and it was 1020 which is way below 1200( the lowest amount recommend). So did I do something wrong? Here's the list.

1 packet of plain oatmeal with 4 strawberries in it. with one cup of skim milk
1 hard boiled egg
Chicken Caesar Salad(no dressing,cheese or croutons
one orange
Light n fit yogrut carb and sugar control
steamed vegetables with a piece of chicken or talapia(fish), 4 oz
1 hard boiled egg

This seems like not much even though he told me to eat every 2 hours. Is this too low because I am paying him a lot to personally train me so I can tone myself up. I want to eat enough calories and not lose muscle.
