I think you are right on both counts.
But then again, it still doesn't solve the problem of islamic lusts where they even want sex AFTER DEATH! 72 virgins to be precise.
Muslims commit the most rapes in this world even with their women fully covered.

If that what U think of a Muslim men, rapists, why there are many of your non Muslims women walking half naked in your town was not being raped by the Muslim men? But, they were raped by dirty people like U. the non Muslims. Islam treasure the beauty of their women, as such, all Muslim women are required to cover their beautiful body and face from the view of others. Unlike the non Muslims, their body were exposed for the FREE viewing of others. Some even exposed their under skirt to public without shame. Even worst some non Muslims found having sex in public place. Only the cheap items are always available in the open market for people to see and try, U will never see the real diamond being sold in that manner except in a grand shopping mall. Thus, the Muslims women are just like diamond, not cheap.

Not sure if this is according to their laws but I heard that its because a muslim woman's look (in strict middle east countries) is for the husband's eye only.
I once had a flight where once these women came onboard, they immediately took off their veil and let their hair down. They even drink alcohol!! Oh well, it just goes to show how long they have endure.

It's in the Qu'ran (the invented words of the false prophet Muhammad):
Verse 24:31- "And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their husband's fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or the slaves whom their right hands possess, or male servants free of physical needs, or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex; and that they should not strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments. And O ye Believers! turn ye all together towards Allah, that ye may attain Bliss."
Part of it comes from the Quran verse 33:59 - "O Prophet! Tell thy wives and daughters, and the believing women, that they should cast their outer garments over their persons (when abroad): that is most convenient, that they should be known (as such) and not molested."
Muslim women are usually not ugly and many are very beautiful. The problem is that the prophet Muhammad had such a strong libido that he required women around him to cover up in hijab so that he would not feel like raping them.
A muslim cleric gave insight onto what is wrong with Islam with regard to rape:
"Sheik Taj Aldin al Hilali - considered the most senior Islamic leader by many Muslims in Australia and New Zealand - said: “If you take out uncovered meat and place it outside ... without cover, and the cats come to eat it ... whose fault is it, the cats’ or the uncovered meat’s?
“The uncovered meat is the problem. If she was in her room, in her home, in her hijab, no problem would have occurred.”
