The week before your period, remove all chocolate from your house and don't buy more until your period is over. Also go out and do something active, it'll reduce your cramps and you'll feel good enough and be busy enough that you won't think so much about chocolate.

It's ok to indulge a little bit. Just don't go food shopping when you're hungry. Surround yourself with healthy things to eat and if you have to go chocolate, go dark... the lighter, the sweeter (and sugar is bad for you)

hey i'm exactly like you! it's actually not so bad to eat chocolates during your period, as your body craves more calories during that time. but u could try eating fruits - i eat grapes and bananas. good luck!

Throw your junk food and chocolate away ("I mean it missy, do it now!" >:P)
And eat fruit! ^^ I love fruit. I rather have sweet watermelon then chocolate any day. xD

replace it with nutritional food, like baby carrots or something...and just STOP! the cravings will go away soon enough.
