A monk climbs a mountain at 7AM and reaches the summit at noon. Come morning he leaves the summit again at 7AM and descends to the bottom by the exact same route. PROVE that there is a time between 7AM and noon when the monk is in the exact same location as the day before. (Notice I did not mention anything about his velocity, which neither has to be constant nor positive).

take joint custody rigths from Mother. This is the situation. Nasty Divorce, preceeded from a Nasty Custody Battle. Ex Husband has history of being an abuser and has finantial resources to cover his actions. Mother, is relocated in another state for the past 8 yrs, no family supourt and does not qualify for legal resources due to income and has NO substantiated charges of abuse or neglect against her children. ( Oldest child cried "abuse", no report was filed to Division of Family Services in order to have investigation made and Chidren got removed due to an " expert opinion" of a Counselor that was aware of abuse history and lack of resources of Mother to defend herself from Ex Husband ).... Problem. Mother has to go to Court again, with no representation, she is metally drained from all this situation and is ready to allow Children to be in a place that they seem to be better and not to continue to figth. Would Mother be wrong to let this happen? What would you do in her place?

due to a bad cold which I got amoxycilin for and didn't finish the course (!). On top of that, I got hayfever so the doctor, along with antihistimines prescribed me Flixonase nasal spray. Which I used and then since September, my nose and been totally clear.
Until a few weeks ago and now its back to very, very itchy first thing in the morning, sneezing loads and a blocked nose. Then about a half hour after I get up, its fine. I do still smoke - could it be an allergic reaction to that?? It's driving me mad!
Another thing, excuse the crudeness but when I blew my nose first this morning, it was yellowy...then clear after that...is that an infection??

When I take him to the doctor the doctor says that antibiotics like ampicillin/penicillan can't always be prescribed due to immune issues, however, is there any other way to soothe/lessen the symptons of a viral infection/flu that has worked for your
child(ren)? What alternative medicine has proven to work for your child(ren) for an oncoming cold/flu? This has really affected my absence from work, and I really need to hear from actual experiences if possible?

A collection agency wants me to agree on a payment plan that i cant really afford so im wondering if i could just contact the Dept . of Education that i owe the $ to and set up a plan directly with them. Also this collection agency says that it can "garnish" my wages..Is that possible??
