I have been around computers almost 11 years now and know my way around a computer quite well. I have had it formatted through a connection of mine, and what do you know, still there, and through my experience viruses cannot not stay through a format, so do you still have no information for me?

Are you sure about this? Maybe you have a virus, but it is unlikely that you're being hacked. Why would someone want to hack your computer?

It doesn't sound like hacking... it sounds like a virus, or possibly something has got corrupted.

One thing is for certain - holding down random keys has never fixed a single computer error since the dawn of time, and never will. Don't bother trying it next time.

Download something like Zone Alarm, go to programs and it will tell you what programs you have running. You can also check if a program you have installed is acting as a server when it shouldn't. You can then disable it. It will also ask you what programs you want to allow access to your computer.
