Although someone leaving a "star" can be chosen as the "best answer," I don't believe that leaving a "star" increases the chances.

Depends on the answer, but the choice is totally in the hand of the person who ask ? Because the power is in his hand to pick the good answer.I'll go for what's is reasonable to me.

I asked a similar question..i don't check who stared mine until after I pick best answer...yes it kinda did effect me..cuz the answer looked better...now I just don't look...
