This is a totally serious question, so PLEASE only totally serious answers.
My 2 1/2 year old son keeps putting things in his butt. He pulls his pants down, puts toys, his hand, food...everything in his booty crack. This is rather embarrassing, and I don't know how to address this. I tell him "no", but then he does it again.
Also, he walks up to people and puts his finger in their butt. Seriously. I tell him "no, you don't touch people like that" but he still does it.
How do I address this? I know some children have fascinations with the penis...is this similar?

How do I convince someone he may have a behavior disorder and he needs to go speak to a therapist. My ex may have borderline personality disorder. I have been trhu hell and back with him, his behavior split us up, and now he doesn't even talk to me. I couldn't accpet how he could be so messed up, but after six months of therapy myself because of the break up, I did my research and realize this is the problem. I know I cant diagnose it and I am not a professional, but he had gone thru serious threats of suicide, hitting himself because he hated himself, treating me horribly after he ended our relationship, being manipualtive. He hurt me so much, I didn;t want him back, but I cared about him enough to want to know how he can do this to me. What should I do. He does not answer my calls now, he deletes my emails. and he is the one who hurt me. I was so angry at him for being this way, but now I feel I may know why after all this time.

*WARNING* Some of you may find this gross so... ride at your own risk.

I realize that around 2-3+ months after you quit your lungs start to clean themselves out BUT something is going on now for me and it's only been 3 weeks since I quit. I had been a smoker for 20 years and 1+ pack a day for about 15 years (Menthol). When I would cough up the nasty stuff it was always yellow at most. Now that I quit, about a week ago I started coughing up Dark brown-Dark grey... In all my years smoking I NEVER coughed up anything that dark.

Is this normal this early?

Dear UK citizens. Since I am living here, I was always wondering why in lord do you have 2 water taps in bathroom&kitchen. In Europe everywhere is 1 mix tap with hot&cold water in one outcome-pipe. In britain you have either ice cold tap or fire burning hot tap. How in world can I wash my hands and face like that? You either have glacier cold water where memories from Gulf war come back, shaving with knife, dry with cold water or you can burn your body with hot water where temperature can reach up to 70-80°C(where aminoacid in your body gets solid like an egg). Noone could answer me this question since I'm here. Why not 1 tap? I need warm water for my daily life, not hot, not cold, warm only.

You have a point, but what about the people who cant be hired because they don't fit into the "ethnic hire" category? Don't to think this is discrimination as well?
For example: under affirmative action, there must be a certain percentage of "ethnic" interviews and hires in order to satisfy EOE guidelines. If a person is hired just to fill the "ethnic hire" quota, and the person out in the hall applying for the position who may be better qualified, is turned away because he isn't considered "ethnic", the company loses a great opportunity to make that hire, but cant because they are forced to meet a quota.
You mentioned in your question, first part: "employers DON'T always hire people for merits" Well, you are exactly right because affirmative action forces them to make a quota hire, not always the best hire.
