Clear history, cache *and* cookies of your browser (when I said clear cache, I also meant cookies - I do both at the same time so I generally don't differentiate them).

to resolve this problem once & for all--go to the bank, change your checking account#--cut up your credit/debit cards ,cancell everything & start--over that's what i had to do--and don't ever give your personal accounts out again
