See his one of the Assistant Managers at my job. And I know that I shouldn't even go there because it would be consider sexually harassment.But I don't think it would even matter if I did say something. Because the work environment is relaxed and not really professional. And I plain on quieting soon. Anyway, his really young, his 23 as am I. And he often goes out to clubs with some of my coworkers. So I don't even think it would matter.

Anyway, his gay and I just recently come out I'm bi. And ever since he found out that I was bi his kinda of been flirting with me or at least it seems like he is.But he has a boyfriend or he did. He just broke with him. I've had a crush on him for about two years and this feelings won't go away.I think about him all the time.His one of the most sweetest people I've ever meet. I want to tell him how I feel but I scared. I've never been the one to approach someone. I guess I'm kinda of scared of rejection. What should I do?

Ive always wanted to see what other people thought about the future....and things that people are almost positive will happen.....well one thing I don't believe is that we will be flying around in little cars like the jetsons, and I really dont think marijauna will ever be legalized...sorry....A couple of things I do think will happen, is that everything will go plugless and even batteryless. No need for 6 outlets in every room in a house anymore, simply everything will be powered my a main source situated somewhere in the house. No more worrying about 7 cables being plugged into one outlet. Some how some way, it WILL be wireless. How hard can it be? The internet does it, remote controls do it from the tv to the remote? I beleive this will happen, if you know why this won't please....prove me wrong. Also, i think there will be a black president before a female president, and 20 years from now, there will be no "home" phone....cell phones will be the base of communication.

me and my faincee have been engaged sinve june30 2006 and we are expecting out first child in march. Latley i thinkk he has been acting weired and ive asked if there is anything wrong and he says no but i think there really is. I hear on yahoo answers and many other forums about single mothers and children born out of wed lock to single mothers and the % of children of single mothers or why are we not doing anything about the number of children born to teenage girls.

Of yes, you can argue that the girls are the ones 'having' the babies but does not one understand that IT TAKES TWO MAKE A BABY!!!

There are MEN (boys) out there that are not raising their chidren. That thre are teen BOYS that are helping get teens girls pregent.

And PLEASE do not give me the 'girls should find ways to not get pregnent" speach. Are the men out there responsible AT ALL??

Should this not be group problem.? Both men and woman and/or teenage girls and boys being taught ways to not get pregent and that they are BOTH responsible for their children. ??

I am a highly learned person occupying a senior government position but I do not enjoy my work or life because of being negative. I luck self confidence even in subjects I am considered an expert. I feel inadequate and lacking in something and this feeling is so deeply entrenched in me that I cannot get out of it. When I am given a challenging project to do, I fail because of lack of confidence and so leadership of the project is given to someone else who is my junior. This hurts and frustrates me.
