why do your kids(if apply to you) have a myspace?you think its good or bad for them?

Both my child and I have a myspace account. That way I can check on her anytime I want. I also know her password. That is the rule. I also tell her never to allow strangers to her friend list, only kids she knows personally. She liked it at first but now she is bored with it. As for good or bad, it can go both ways. Some kids abuse it and use it to start trouble. I always supervise my child's computer time so I know what she is doing, she is 13. Some of the content they can get into is questionable, but you have to keep an eye on it. I go on it more than her. I have found many old friends from high school on there. As long as you are aware of what they are doing, I say it should be allowed.

There is no good reason for them to be on this website and there are a lot of reasons for them to NOT be on myspace!

This would not be allowed. There are too many predators out there, and no matter how careful you think you are about watching or controlling what your kid puts on, there is just too much danger.

Mine do, they are older, so whatever they want to do is fine by me...
