I don't think there is a "dumbness",being stupid means you do not have the capability to learn or just don't want to learn
Ignorance means you do not have the knowledge about something but are willing to learn,
There are no levels or heights to either unless the "nth" degree

I scared my cat from behind when she was sleeping and she jumped like crazy, hitting me in the eye with her body. I thought I'd get a black eye, but I didn't after all. I just thought it would be funny doing that.
