I just wanted to know if there's anoyone having CBT out there? I've been doing it for 2 months now and been working pretty hard at it and going twice a week. Sometimes it works and I can change the way I think but sometimes I still have these feelings of sadness, guilt or inferiority or self-loathing etc. I was wonedring if there's anyone out there who's had successful CBT who can say how long it takes for it to really start to work etc. Thanks

You know, Bush ALWAYS singles out some down on their luck citizen or news hero just so he can look like it was all about him. EVERY big speech el Busho has "a story" related to his propaganda machine, what will this State of the Union address highlight? Maybe some troop that died in Iraq and he cried at the funeral? Anybody see how the Drudge Report had the photo of "a single tear" streaming down Bushes cheek? Drudge kept it up for days because he knows it's the first and only tear Bush has shed.
