i'm a roman catholic priest living in california and yesterday we had a man come to confess his sins; terrifyingly, he confessed to having 'soft' sex with his 9-year-old daughter (this man claimed to be 36 years old) repeatedly in the previous three months. although this information has been held confidential by my fellow churchmen, none of us is acquainted with california state law in the matter, and if it is legal to report this man although he confessed to me with the intention of anonymity, i will do it. i need advise.

During the high winds last week some ridge tiles were blown of a local business premises on to my car. It has caused a lot of damage and so I rang my car insurer to report the incident, I thought they would deal with the matter as I have legal protection on my policy. I am classified as a level 3 sex offender (not child molestation), I believe racism, anger, revenge and a psychological taught mentality contributes to criminal and sexual behaviors. I believe society deserves to hear this view point, because racism is an illness and know there are different reasons why black men may commit rape against white women. Compared to why white men rape period. Criminal behavior and criminal Mentality have associated factors. If rape is a crime of aggreesion more then a crime of sex. Then a specific mindset is connected. No one can tell you why they committed a crime better than the offender themselves. In order create preventive meassures be it treatment or whatever. One must deal with realities that contribute to behaviors and not text book assumptions. Education and Understanding must be a supportive factor in prevention

I have 3 'tiels. I think I have 1 male and 2 females. The reason I think this is 'cause the male is very noisy, talks and whistles, is starting to breed with the supposed "females", and can be aggressive. The 2 females are VERY quiet and much more docile. My question is at what age do the females start laying eggs? I think the male is about 3 and the 2 females are a little over a year old at the most. He breeds with both of them! They all get along beautifully and I have a very large cage. I don't want to separate them. He seems to prefer the lutino female and she is older and a bit more dominant than my white face female. If I put the nest box in there, will he choose one and will this encourage them to lay eggs? I've sucessfully hatched lovebirds but I didn't handfeed, I let the parents take care of them. Do 'tiels share parenting responibilities? Is it possible they'll just ignore the other female or could they both lay eggs and all of them parent? (Continued)
