Braun ... sorry can't recall the model, but it's head goes side to side as it shaves. It comes with a charging cradle and it is self cleaning ... it uses a small bottle of stuff inside the charger to clean itself.
Price in Australia is around $350.

The older Norelco Triple-Header. The new ones are less effective, but are also good. Braun is also good and new Norelco and Braun shavers are self cleaning. All are about 120-220 US dollars and may be cheaper if you search around at different places.
The reason I like the older Norelco is the speed of the blades and the ease of use!. The newer ones and the Braun feel as if the are too slow and subsequently pull your hair even with new blades!
