I found a statement that says "Fitzgerald has been referred to as a 20th-century John Keats." I was just wondering what you guys thought about this. I think they are both similar in the way of their imaginations and such but I don't know that much about Keats. What do you think of this comparison?

Fitzgerald wrote novels and short stories. Keats wrote poetry. I think the comparison is awkward, to say the least.

You can't compare the two writers because one was a poet, the other a novelist. Two different art forms.
Novel writing is much more difficult than writing a verse of poetry. More time and effort is required
On a personal note, I think Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby is far superior to anything Keats wrote. Why?
Because tens of millions of people throughout the world have read Gatsby, while I doubt you could say that about any of Keats' poems.
