you must not rape your girlfriend. A wife is more than just a girlfriend. The logic is that : if you're not allowed to rape your girlfriend, you surely should not be allowed to rape your wife. a woman is to be treated with kindness. Still, if your husband want to have sex, please seriously consider his request. If he have to rape you to get sex, you're not worthy to be his wife and he is not worthy to be your husband.

I don't know where you got your information from, but rape is rape married or not. If a person say no then no is what they mean. If i told my husband that I didnt want to have sex with him then he is supposed to respect that and leave it alone. NOw if he decides that he is going to take it anyway, it is my right to report it and have him arrested. So hell no rape is not allowed in marriage.

Rape is a violation of someon's right - doesn't matter if the person raped is a woman or a man, in or out of marriage.
"Rape" means to have forced sexual intercourse with someone who has indicated they do not wish to engage in it with that person at that time. The definition itself makes it illegal, no matter where you come from. If it were legal, it would not be called RAPE - Marital rape is a sub section of most laws in all countries and is not permissable.

I am assuming you are refering to sexually. No, it is not allowed in marriages although many times it is difficult to prove. This is true because it is expected that two people who are married have relations and intimacy from time to time and sometimes it is or can be rough but it is looked upon as consentual. Know what I mean. Rape is something that is assumed to occur between two strangers. Rape is not considered something that is or would occur between two people who are married but there are cases on file where rape occurred in this setting and the woman proved it successfully but these cases are few and far between and if this has occurred to you then you must have documentation and irrefutable proof.

Real rape is never okay. Rape is a crime, regardless of the marital status, it is just much harder to prove if you are married.
