I moved last janaury right out of college for a job(250 miles) and then in July moved back because my contract was finished. Is there a way I can claim some of that on my taxes? Does it being a contract job matter in any way? Thank you

ok ive just re installed/rebooted windows xp but since i did it my internet scrolling speed is really slow, ive re installed before but never had this problem, and it is unbelieably annoying. i know the basics with laptops but if anyone can help me with this i'll kinda need it explaining in detail otherwise you'll lose me. ive looked at other peoples questions about this but i dont really know what to do. ive re installed it 3 times today but it still does it an im getting fed up with it now.

I know that everyone asks the question "could i be pregnant" and everyones answer is "take a test" but my question is more of, could these be very early signs and sypmtoms im experiancing or not....I got my period on Jan. 9th, we had sex a few times before that but he pulled out b/c we werent officially trying to concieve then (still got pre stuff in me), then on Sat. we had sex and didnt pull out and for the last couple days i have had a "fluttery" butterfly-like feeling in my stomach and also a wierd feeling in my lower belly (not really a cramp though). Also, if i sit for a long period of time my lower back starts to hurt (any day before we starting trying i could sit for hours and it wouldnt hurt) and the other thing (which is kind of wierd, sorry) is that i have had frequent bowel movements (more than one or even 2 a day), and normally would only have one once a day if that. Could these be EARLY signs or symptoms or no?

My 4 y/o and 6 y/o share a room at the moment and they keep each other awake (especially my 4 y/o...he likes to play. I've taken his toys away at night time but he still make noise). I think he's a typlical 4 y/o but if you have any advice for him it would be great. In total they get atleast 8-9 hours of sleep which is efficient I think. He gets up no problem in the morning but my daughter is a nightmare to get up. She cries and screams, refuses to move or get dressed. Even if I offer to do her hair, that doesn't motivate her. We often run late because of her. Some nights I put her in the living room to seperate them and she still doesn't want to get up. It's an ongoing battle and it's getting worse. I'm a single parent so I don't have any extra help in the mornings. He's starting to copy her behavior and I want to nip this in the butt ASAP. What can I do?

i am trying to get into michigan state univ. but not exactly sure if i willl get in. my act score was a 23 - english 28, math 24, and writing i had 10. i am very involved in school. i have around 3.2-3.3 gpa. the first semester just ended, and i pulled off semester gpa of 3.5. i got As in my AP classes, so hopefully that will help. i do tons of community service and am seen as a leader at school. i got into other v. good shcools, some with average act of 27. ive also wrote my admission officer a letter saying thanks for coming to my school and sharing information about MSU. my teacher is also going to write an update and send it to MSU about my performance. i i also interned many plces. i just really hope i get in. letme kno if i have any chance of getting in! i mean, i kno a lot of ppl have gotten in, is there still space for me? i also had a very well written essay, i had my english teacher correct errors, etc. help! anything else i should do now? i just sent my semester grades in.

My daughter has had a rash for 14 days now. She's been taking steriods to help the rash go away and it's not helping. We are trying to figure out what is causing the rash and the doctor suspects that it is an allergic reaction to something. Since the medicine is not working I suspect that she's allergic to something that she is still in contact with. I was wondering if it is possible to be allergic to cats and not have all the sneezing, running nose, etc. Only a rash. Does anyone know if that is common? I'd hate... truly HATE giving my loving cat away if it is not the cause but I want to do what is best for my daughter. She has been around our cat since she was born and just developed this rash a few weeks ago. I realize that people can develope allergies at any time so if I have to find her another loving home I will do so. I just wonder if her rash could be caused by cat dander. Please let me know what you think. Thanks!

I have read lots of conflicting information. Some articles I have read say that when you breastfeed you stay big until you wean. Other articles say breastfeeding helps lose excess fat and bring the uterus back to its former size. If anyone has experience with this I'd appreciate your story.

P.S. I'm breastfeeding when my baby is born regardless of weight issues.
