Of course.Child will miss her love and affection when mother go to work.I think not only in India but every child in the world will miss their affection when mother go to work.

of course.. they really miss her love and affection.. my suggestion is mother should be unemployed till the age of 2 or 3 of the child... after that, she should spend her whole time(other than office) with her child only..

I guess no. The Parents can really show their love after coming from office(though its tough) and talk with them or play no matter how busy they are.
