If you could do one thing today to change the world, what would it be? It can be as simple as recycling, or limiting use of nonrenewable resources....or....as grand as marching on Washington, DC, or helping refugees in another country. If you have more than one, I'm definitely curious....but I'd like to know what you think each person can do to make the world a better place.

I have been married for almost 2 yrs now I have a 10 month daughter. since the beggining i have lied to my wife about another girlfriend i had she caught me e-mailing this girl, i went out with my ex-girlfriend and my best friends one time she found out about that and forbid me to talk to my friends becasue it was a sign of disrespect. I convince her not to leave me back then , she forgave me but has not forget about it .I work for the goverment and my job has keapt me away from her and my daughter for long time . im currently hafl way across the world from her now she is in the states now. I ve been here since sep and i got till late july to come back , at the biggining when i left her everything was alright little by little we would argue over the phone over the simple stuff , i feel like she has a grude against me i understand why, but i feel like she had the oprtunity to leave me when i did her wrong but she stay now she means the world to me. i dont see myself with out her!

Many people have thrown the "fall of Rome at me". That is a joke. As far as the power of Christianity exists I will cite you this thought.
Whenever any congress of any government opens they say a prayer to God. Especially in a dominate Christian country.
Have you heard the Pope or any priest say the Pledge of Alligience" before Mass.
Have your seen a politician say a prayer before Congress. Or is it a Christian representative?

I file my taxes on the tenth. They were accepted on the fifteenth and I was told that the money would be deposited in my bank account on the 26th. When I got this notification, I made arrangements to purchase a car on that date. Now, when I check my refund status it says I should get my money by the 30th.
I'm wondering if anyone who knows about this sort of thing could tell me if I should try to change the arrangements with the person I'm buying the car from to meet after the 30th, or do you think the money will still be deposited on the 26th? I don't want to have to call them to tell them the money might not be there that day unless I have to because I don't want them to get mad and sell the car to somebody else.

i have seen so many questions in this section that are just ignorant. most are made up, and i keep thinking, this question needs a thumbs down. but i can't. i think they should bring them back, and if the question gets enough thumbs down, it should be deleted. no points taken from the asker, but still removed. i mean, who doesn't give their 3 year old a bath? seriously ....that asker is just trying to irritate people...same goes for the guy with all the "is this racist" questions. just wanted to know what you all thought.

Does anyone have any suggestions for some things to send my boyfriend for Valentine's Day?
