Yes. Rampant in japanese is:
奔放な Honpou(na) Adjective

Or
蔓延っている Habikotteiru
繁茂している Hanmon shite iru
後脚で立っている Koukyaku de tatte iru
荒々しい Araarashii
蔓延る Habikoru
