click on your aviator...
For deleting question: look for questions you ask.. click on it and it will go to that page.. then it will display edit or delete..
For name change: click on aviator.. below your aviator it will display edit my info... click on that and follow

To delete, under your question there should be a pencil icon, it has a delete option there. To change your name....go to edit my info under your pic

To change your name just go to "edit my profile" and enter it into the "Nickname" box.
You can't delete questions that were asked and resolved.

You can only delete open questions.
To change your name, click on your icon and just click "Edit my Info" and follow the instructions.

i dont know the answer to your first question, but you cant change your name.
