Is it bad to use anti-bacterial stuff? Which cleaning solution is the best? (I normally take everything out and wash the racks in the sink. Then I wipe the inside w/ a wet, soapy washcloth). Thanks!!

During my junior of high school, there was this cheerleader who was in my sixth period class, and she sat next to me. At that time she was a senior and she was varsity head cheerleader. She was very popular throughout the entire school and was crowned as senior ball queen as well. I was not very popular during my four years in high school, however i was very good looking with a muscular body. Everyday during the sixth period class she would be flirting with her hair, and looking and staring at me during the entire sixth period class. She would always try to get my attention by dropping her pencil then I would pick it up for her. I wanted to talk to her but i was shy and quiet. Moving on forward, during christmas break I found out that her dad and my dad were best friends at work and her mom's grandma is my auntie. I saw her a couple of times with her family at a couple of gatherings during the remainder of the year before she graduated. Would this make her my cousin or friend ?

Okay... On around the 23rd of December I began to suspect that I may be pregnant. I got my period that month on the 26th but it was way light... About 4/10th of what I normally bleed, and I only really bled for two days, then I had four days of very light spotting. I took a HPT on the last day of that period and then one a week later, but they were both negative. Now I got my period again today and it is the same thing ( very light) but lighter then last month. This one is about 2/10th's of what I bleed and it is only spotting, I am not really bleeding at the moment. I am kind of freaked out. I have a GYN appointment on the 8th of February, and I know it would be best to see what he says, but I am trying to clear some things up on my own, this is starting to become very odd, and I have never been through anything like this before. I also have bad cramps and last month I had them from the 26th to the 14th of January!!! If anyone had been through this before please but your best input.

So I've spoken to the teacher, I've tried to talk to him.. he's only 4, and all I've gotten out of him, is about a little girl that could be picking on him. He doesnt want to talk about it though, I don't know what to do for him, he throws a fit all the time that he doesnt want to go to school, when just a few weeks ago he was loving school. It is tearing my heart apart, to think that someone could be picking on my little boy. What do you think I could do about this? how can I get him to speak to me?

im 23 years old. i have friends, been in relationships and am a likable person. but i cant stand myself! the way i look, i think im way to big when everyone of my friends says im not, and my family, but when i look in the mirror i see fat and i hate what i see! im the person who is always laughing and joking, so people wouldnt expect this feeling from me. but i have been this way for a long time, some days are good and some are terrible, its when im by myself or i see myself that i get down. i just wandered why someone would feel this way and does this feeling go away? and i will learn to love ,yself so i can be more happy or what? i know this is a stupid question when other people have way worse problems! but i thought i would ask. thank you
