I am a female 16, 5'3 and I currently weigh 127lbs. I don't think Im fat or anything I just would like to loose a few pounds and feel/look healthier. My goal weght is 115lbs. I do competetive cheer 3 times a week, so I am active, Im in high school and just looking for the best diet and/or way to loose a few pounds and get to my goal weight.

Anything helps and thanks for the suggestions!

My girlfriend is still receiving her periods but we had unprotected sex a few times. I'm just wondering if she can still be pregnant? Also, is their any way to tell without a doctor to get a better understanding? She has missed a few days of taking the pill but has taked 2 or 3 in one day.. her last period came 2 days early, and im thinking it's because of the few days missed with taking the pill.. Her next period is in like 2 weeks.. gimme your thoughts.

i am an japanese american who use to live in japan for a few years back in elementary school who wants to move to japan maybe for a year attending an american college in tokyo japan. i really like Japan and i know that when i get older i am planning to move there, but i want to use there for a year or so during the fall after i graduate high school, but i live in jersey which is in the states, and i am afraid that i will miss america too much, forget some of the american culture and i love the american culture at a certain level. i dont kno wut i want to do since i want to pursure a singing career either in japan or the states, but i also dont know which country i want to pursure my dream. i have a heart like an american, but truly love japan, so maybe i should stay in the states during my 20s since america seems more fun, and try to pursure my singing careers here, and then move to japan when i get older...but i dont kno, please help!

i was reading a topic earlier and every white person agreed that slavery was basically okay because africans sold their own. like two effin wrongs makes an effin right. first of all the MAJORITY of slaves were stolen. you think a cheap rich racist man gonna pay for something he can steal? and even with the africans having slaves they werent treated nearly as bad as american whites treated there slaves. America the land of the free....yeah how was it gonna be free with all the f- uckin slaves? so jus to let ya kno slavery was wrong and always will be and hell yeah you owe me i should be able to get any 100% cotton clothing free for da rest of my life!

I am an indian and work in australia and get asked this question, I tell what I know saying that this is a part of my cultrue, how only after marriage do the girls wear red bindi (not anymore I think), how a widow will not wear a bindi or will wear black only (not anymore I think), and also that it is a pressure point issue as well, but what is the purpose behind this, any answers. help please.

i already met reggie bush, but id like to meet peyton manning b.c i did a project on him about athletes from louisiana. then i had a dream he is my dad so whenever someone mentions him i joke around saying he is my dad its quite hillarious

my favorite game was saints vs. falcons the first game in the superdome this season. they had an amazing show with green day and U2 one i will never forget. so glad i got to be a part of it
