This is my current exercise schedule that i am hoping will improve my strength in my arms, and also my running ability. Ive learnt that its effective for muscles/growth to rest every second day to let muscles rebuild and recover. I only want this to work in the long term as I'm slowly working towards bigger arms and a six pack. I'm talking six months time here.
Monday
Morning run, sit ups special ab exercises
Tuesday
Walk (rest)
Wednesday
Pull ups as many as possible heavy weights at low reps, push ups
Thursday
Walk (rest)
Friday
Bike ride, sit ups ab excersises
Saturday
pull ups as many as possible heavy weights at low reps, pushups
Sunday
Rest (Walk)
I reckon this'll work i just want some feedback before i get into it.
