Yes. But exercise will be of more benefit to you if done in the morning. It sets your metabolism for the rest of the day, and you will burn more calories and be more alert. Best of luck.

Seems ok but do so on empty stomach.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

Personally, I find that if I exercise right before I go to bed, it makes it hard to sleep. Other than that, it's fine.

If you don't mind tossing and turning in bed for a few hours while the endorphins calm down... Exercise earlier in the evening or the morning...

Exercising for an hour a day is plenty, no matter when you do it. Of course, this doesn't imply that you spend the other 23 hours in bed.

Try not to exercise too close to the time you go to bed, or else it can decrease your ability to fall asleep. Try to give yourself at least three hours between bedtime and a workout.

YES!
Exercising before bed gets your metabolism going so it digests your food int he night instead of your body turning it into fat.
