You are being sexually abused. Call a crisis hotline and get help. Marriage is an equal partnership. He should not be taking advantage of you and abusing you like that.

Just explain to him nicely. If not, try to rest for while until you are ready before having sex with him. If not, you can try oral sex instead or masturbate him for a change. If your husband loves you dearly, he will let you rest.
