Peoples comments can get really annoying after hearing the same thing over and over again. The past few months everyone that sees my daughter says, " how old is she?" followed by, "She is REALLY SMALL for a 14 month old!" Then they give me this mean look like I'm starving my daughter and stunting her growth.
You know, I have been on both ends of this, because when she was younger she was really pudgy and I had to hear comments like, "WOW what are you FEEDING that child?!" Um twinkies and mcdonalds? No, its just BREAST MILK for gods sake lol. Now I'm being criticized for her being too "small." Shes 21 lbs and about 29 inches tall. Last I heard that was considered pretty normal.
Everyone gets criticism it seems, from nosy obnoxious strangers. What are some of the worst comments you've gotten about your children?

She was my best friend for so long and I am even her daughter's godmother but she always lied to me and betrayed me. But I can't help but feel some sort of guilt even though everyone says that I am better off not being her friend. Are my new friends right?

Why can't women appreciate men for our minds and not for our bodies?

My friend and I tried dying it purple this weekend, but it's barely different from my normal hair color. I want purple-er hair, but I'd like to avoid paying salon prices and I will not bleach.

If so, how long was it before you found out what that purpose is? It’s just, I’m in my early 20’s, and I still don’t know what my purpose in life is yet, is that normal? Shouldn’t I know what my purpose is at that age?

I'm trying to lose weight right now but still want to get pretty big as far as muscle is concerned. I work out 4 to 5x a week and take about 40 to 60grams of protein. The only thing I can do right now is walk about 3 miles twice a week at the moment because I recently had ACL surgery. Do you think I should cut down my protein for the time being because it'll make me fat? The only thing I can do for cardio is lift lower weight more times. I won't be able to run til March and I want to lose about 20lbs at least before september.

Hey guys,

I have been taking care of my 81 year old grandmother for about 5 years now and have never claimed her. She is a United States citizen; unemployeed; recieving SSI; food stamps and living with me in rental subsidized housing.

Many of her expenses are covered by the state, but many other expenses aren't. I take her to all her doctor's appointments; purchase food for her that isn't covered by her food stamps; pay the phone bill; pay the cable bill and many other miscellaneous costs.

Although money doesn't come out of my pocket all the time to take care of her, she is blind and deaf, which requires me to do absolutely everything for her, including giving medication; washing her clothes; folding her clothes; cleaning after her; doing all her shopping; her cooking and changing her diapers.

I'm having a hard time grasping the 50% issue because in my opinion, I spend a lot of time taking care of her and a whole lot of gas money, plus the other expenses listed.

Actually I have 2 bikes on mind one is Passion and the other is the Unicorn. And Im much inclined towards Unicron because it being a heavy bike will be better I think. But unlike Passion it is not yet known that in the future when the Unicorn's engine will wear out, will the repair and the spares will be as easily available as the Passion or not? Otherwise I will look forward buying only the Passion. What say??? Please advice me between these 2 bikes only.

Honestly, recently I have been hearing people complain about Federer's dominance in tennis. Claiming they are "bored" to see him win all the time. That he's been #1 for too long. ect. I mean, did past dominant tennis players like Steffi Graf and Pete Sampras receive such criticism during their dominant years?

A mixture of magnesium and iron is treated with sulfuric acid to produce hydrogen gas and metal sulfates in solution according to the following equations:
2 Fe (s) + 3 H2SO4 (aq) --> Fe2(SO4)2 (aq) + 3 H2(g)
Mg (s) + H2SO4 (aq) --> MgSO4 (aq) + H2 (g)

When 4.413g of the mixture is treated with an excess of sulfuric acid, .2883g of hydrogen gas is collected. from this information, determine the percentage by mass of iron in the mixture.

I'd really appreciate it if you could explain to me what to do. =( I hate chem *tear*
