Okay im 14 and im REALLY heavy. Im 6'1, 300 lbs. I really need to loose weight. Badly. I have a job cleaning. I clean M,T,W,and F. M,T,W An hour. and F 2 - 2 1/2 hrs. i dont exactly sweat alot cleaning. But i heard im still buring calories. My boss wants to join a gym as he wants to loose weight as well. And i said i would go with him and so did my dad. Alright, so he says that joining the gym and doing a work out a few times a week will help u loose weight even if u eat anything u want..Is that true? also. Is there any diet plans i can stikc to? I tried before so hard but the rest of my family eats anything they want right infront of me so like 2-4 weeks later its like wth scerw this. Im really concerned. I dont want to die early..Is there anything i can do?
