Hi Matt B!!!
I'm so glad that you are a resposible person and you are trying to loose some weight!!!
First of all don't let no one tell you that you can't. Because "YOU CAN", you can do anything you want!!!
I think going to the Gym is an excellent idea!!! But I will suggest to keep an eye on what you put in your body. From now on, you are cleanning NOT only in your job, but the most important thing your body.
I would like to advise you that with cleaning your body, clean also your mind as you do both, you will have a fine finishing product!!!!
Even for your height, you are way over your weight!!!
And this could bring health problems along the way. That tha si what we are concern!!!
A visit to your doctor would be the first stop!!!! Don't go on any diets, without consulting with your doctor!!!
A well balanced diet, with LOTS of vegetables, and fruits, (STUFF) yourself until you can noteat no more!!! And leave the meat for last!!! Try chicken cacerole, or broiling it.
Avoid at all cost, everything that you are doing until now. Obviously is NOT working!!!
Instead, snack on carrots, celery, yogurt, fruits!!! And most important water!!!! 8 glasses a day!!!
Do not even look at fatty foods, or fried foods!!!!
Stay away of sweets, and pastries!!!!
NO SODA!!!! It doesn't matter if diet or not, DON"T!!!
Low fat milk or soy milk, cereal, like bran or Special K
Oatmeal is very good!!! As breakfast or dinner!!!
( you can add bananas, strawberries, peaches)
When you feel hungry, munch on plain POP-CORN, walnuts, and for sandwiches, use wheat bread, insted of butter or mayonaise, try a little mustard or even olive oil!!!
Yes you will need olive oil, for your salads, and lemon.
Buy lean meet only and DO NOT add any oils or fat to cook them!!! Let them cook in it's one.
Avoid canned juices, they usually are filled with lots of sugars, and other ingredients, our bodies don't really need!!!
Start your execises, little by little, so your body will get use to it. Try walking as much as you can, this is the best, exercise EVER!!!!
And last but not least, NEVER GO TO BED right after you have eaten!!! That is bad, bad, bad!!!!
I hope this will help, I was 200+ pounds, last year!!! I am, only 5'2 " tall, and I'm NOT 14 years old!!! Now I'm, 142 pounds!
So if I did it, YOU CAN TOO!!!! I can't wait until hearing from you again, pretty soon. Just stick to it, and have fun while doing it!!!
Fun is a most, surround yourself with people who loves you and care for you, and eve invite them to take long walks together.
I have so much faith in you!!! After this you will never want to go back to those 300lbs. That are slowing you down and could become a serious health hazard!!!!
Be the exeption in your family!!! Pretty soon they are going to like to be just like you!!!! When you finally reach your goals,
NEVER EVER FORGET WHERE YOU CAME FROM SO YOU NEVER GO AND DO THE SAME!!!!
LEARN & LIVE!!! GOD BLESS YOU & PRAY
HAVE A HAPPY LIFE!!!!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

going to a gym is an excellent idea .... there are so many people who will be able to help you find the right workout that is appropriate for you, give you support, not to mention they will help you learn what foods you should or shouldn't be eating (as you know we are all different and what works for me may not work for you) I think you ought to give it a try! Good Luck and let us know how you do!
