and the position is doggy style and I believe it's trapped air in your vagina. So when your man enters, it sounds like a farting sound, but it's not at all. It's kinda hard to explain.

Yes, it happens when air gets trapped between thrusts from the man. It is going to happen when you are doing any sort of position. Don't worry about it. It's not considered a fart. If anything, your man will probably like it because there is more stimulation for his lower region. It's perfectly normal and try not to think about it. :)

Very common, and abit embarrassing! You just have to laugh it off. Another suggestion would be to have yourself in the doggy style postion but with your belly flat down on the bed and maybe a pillow under your lower stomach to allow your butt to still pooch up in the air. By doing this method, it will keep air from going up inside you....then both you and your partner will enjoy it without the uncomfortableness of sounds.

They're called Vaginal Farts, and it's quite common. It's just trapped air being pushed out by his member- just like you thought! Nice thing about them is that they don't stink! =]

It hasn't happened to me personally, but I've known other girls who had this problem. Mostly you just need to explain to your partner that it's just something that happens, and laugh it off.
