He has one side of his scrotum (left side) enlarged and he says that it is because of him not releasing sperm (sperm retained), He is not sexually active. is this tru? He says that his stomach feels funny when the scrotum is handled. What causes this, is this common?

I have a Nextel account and want to switch to Sprint. Will I still be entitled to the special instant savings and mail-in rebates, or do they just give me the standard $150 discount since I carried out my 2 year Nextel contract. Was creating the Department of Homeland Security neccessary or would it have been wiser to make sure that everyone was doing their jobs as effectively as possible?

I beleive it has been proven that 9/11 occurred because multiple U.S. agencies, departments etc. fumbled the intelligence on the matter.
