OMGoodness don't start off with Siren whatever you do that has a tingle factor of above 30 and lets put it this way 40 is the highest that I have seen so you will regret it big time. I would never suggest that to someone who is starting back tanning after not tanning for a while or someone who is new at tanning. Try a product called Believe by designer skin it is a cooling bronzer what that means is that it is nothing like Siren or any of the tingle lotions for that matter it is a coolant it acts like an air conditioner whenever you skins starts to heat up the lotion kicks in and cools your skin down. Anything by designer skin is awesome because they have an anti-aging ingredient in them, some of them contain silicon that will keep your skin smooth. Stay away from any quadruple bronzers because this will stain your skin if not used properly well any bronzer for that matter. As for the time amount to tan I would suggest speaking with the employees at the tanning salon you are thinking of going to and ask them how often they change their bulbs. The salon I worked at changed there bulbs every 200 hours but the bulbs didn't need changed until every 350 so the beds were always in tip top shape and would tan you pretty good. Make sure you let them know if this is your first time tanning which they should ask, let them know if your skin is sensitive or if you burn easily. Those are all key points in determining how long you should go in for. if the tanning salon employee doesn't ask all of those questions but says the bulbs are changed quite often then I wouldn't suggest going in for anymore than 7 minutes if you have fair skin but don't burn easily and if you do burn easily then only go in for 5 you don't want to go in for longer than that because when you burn you kills some of the cells underneath your skin that help in the tanning process and it takes anywhere from 36-48 hours sometimes longer for them to regenerate so if you tan before then you are pretty much wasting your money because all you are doing is making the burn worse therefore delaying the healing time. if you have any other questions about this please feel free to e-mail me I worked at a tanning salon for quite some time and would train others. I was also certified which meant I had to attend many seminars about tanning and products and the actual equipment so if there is anything else you would like to know feel free to e-mail me Lacey_unne@yahoo.com
If tanning is done in moderation and not overdone then you will not have any ill side effects. As for self tanners those work good if you are looking for a temporary tan that will only last anywhere from 5-10 days. if you keep reapplying self tanner it will eventually give you an orange look and will also start to look splotchy and leopard like. Just be careful with those. As I stated above if you go tanning in moderation the key is to go one day and take two days off then go again and then take two more days off until you build a good base tan then you can go three times a week but might i suggest not going three days in a row because that is just too much at one time.

don't go to a tanning salon. you will look orange, not bronzed. i used to do the tanning salon...3 times a week, the whole deal. but trust me, you will regret it big time in a few years when you start noticing wrinkles...i would suggest getting a "hollywood tan" where they spray tanning lotion on you. alternatively you can buy your own self tanner and a good exfoliator. exfoliate your whole body, especially knees, elbows, and ankles. then either you or a friend can apply the tanner all over you. let it dry and you're good. self tanners have gotten much better over the years and you will actually get brown and not orange! i would try neutrogena or clinique's self tanner. hope this helped!

Any of the lotions with Tingle will tan you faster.....start with the lowest though and work your way up. Anyone in the tanning salon can show you which is best.

Whatever you do make sure you start off slow and don't burn!
I have always liked Australian Gold products for the tanning bed.
The key to keeping a good tan is to stay moisturized.

sluggish construct up tans, including Nivea's, are great once you're after a greater solar-kissed look as antagonistic to a deep tan. they gained't get messy and are difficult to get incorrect. merely prepare it such as you're able to a moisturiser throughout your physique. it will get darker and darker each and every day/couple of days you prepare it. And is truly properly priced. Wash-off stuff is excellent for in case you merely desire to look tanned for an experience, and are careful of patchiness. whether it has the comparable subject to prepare as a classic tan, in case you do do it incorrect.. you are able to consistently wash it off and start up up returned :) Boots No 7 do a sturdy, truly priced one that still has some shimmer further in once you're into that style of element :) for acceptable self tan, i won't advise St Tropez adequate. it extremely is style of greater high priced, yet you are able to somewhat in many situations discover it on sale in chemists, supermarkets and branch shops alike. be helpful to exfoliate earlier. i exploit a mitt to prepare yet there are different procedures. you ought to use your hand and merely scrub truly demanding in a while... sturdy luck with that however! Moisturise moisturise moisturise! save it looking advantageous and healthy. avert utilising faux tan products on your face, use the sluggish construct up tan stuff on your face to make it tournament your physique shade. Get help from a pal or relative to prepare faux tan once you're somewhat careful, and save checking interior the reflect as you prepare. have exciting :)
