Is it possible that you could love someone so much that you are afraid that God might take them away from you? I mean I have been really in love with this guy that I met and we work together but I think that he might have the same feelings for me. Has said it but is it just because it was said... I think that I want to be waking up with him everyday just to see him smile and even when he looks at me its great. Then here it is the ex is trying to make a come back and I'm really thinking that I'm fighting a battle that I have already lost do you think that I should continue because I can't stop loving him no matter how I try to convince myself. I have convinced myself of a lot of things even getting out of smoking by saying that I am not a smoker lol but this one I don't think I could get out of. Then there is the saying rather be alone than be unhappy and the only way that I'm unhappy is if he is unhappy. Think that I should still try to make things work or throw in the towel?

Do you let your kids wear sandals or flip flops or do you require shoes and socks outside. Do they wear shoes in the house? Do you let them go barefoot outside? Do you allow shoes with no socks. My kids have to wear shoes and socks and for the most part have never complained. I do not think anything less is best for active kids. I'm asking this because my son wanted to wear flip flop and I told him only if he is going to the beach or swimming. What is your take?

i have a 14 year old grand daughter who recently has gotten out of an abusive situation with her parents, if anything is raised above her head get gets on the ground and curls up in a little ball and begs not to be hit, she halusinates and its getting VERY dangerous, she is known for cutting herself(i dont think she is doing that anymore) but if anyone yells she gets this look on her face and its like she has just seen a ghost, she is very quiet. she has friends but when she lived in utah(moved to arizona to live with her grandfather and i) she had no friends, had been raising her little brother since he was born when she was 11, she was constantly being beaten at school, she writes in a journal and she had been writing in and one day i was putting some of her cothes in her room and she had left the journal on her bed and it was wide open,she had been going to a therapist but refuses to speak to her, and they told us to just look at what ever she writes every so often,so i did and.....

One of my dearest friends delivered her baby boy last night at only 27 weeks pregnant. He weighs 2 lb 2 oz and 14" long. She had him at a large hospital and is in the NICU. Has anyone gone thru this and do you know the odds of his survival? This is her and her hubby's first baby and I am so afraid for her. He is so so tiny. Thanks.
