i know there has to be a game that is like Everquest and World of Warcraft... that is not multiplayer and uses magic and stuff... and its like 3rd person (well at least actually up-close), or first... just something not like little people... but like up-close magic and spells and crap...

i don't really care about the best... but at least, are there any...
i know Neverwinter Nights... but like i said... any more

One game overlooked is Spell Force 2. It actually adds a RPG sense to a RTS, i.e Warcraft 1, 2, & 3. Not only do you choose to level your characters between Combat and Magic (or a mix between both), but you also can control your character from a 3rd person view, or switch to overhead view to control your armies.

I'd have to say Baldurs Gate: Tales of the Sword Coast. I'm not sure if you can still buy it in shops, but you can more than likely get it in eBay.
It is a really good game that is very similar D&D, just on screen. I have lots of fun playing it.

Ultima online is a large recreation they have a 2nd and 3-d customer the two are loose to objective and acquire the recreation has been around for 11 years nevertheless a great recreation. you have a house in it, the pvp device is large & mind-blowing supplier device.
