An unpaid child support judgment, rendered in favor of the first wife, or a later judgment in favor of the second wife? The second wife was still legally married to the defendant, although there was a separation agreement. The defendant is now deceased. Which might hold more weight, the order (age) of the judgments, or the marital status of each plaintiff? The estate is not large enough to honor/pay either of the judgments in full. Would one preclude the other, or would the court look to apportion an amount to each judgment?

I've been dieting for a little over 3 weeks now. I've lost about 6-7 pounds depending on the day. I know this is about right..but I basically lost those 6 pounds in the first week and a half..and now I've been staying close to the same weight now for the past 2 weeks. I'm not sure if its muscle gain, or if I need to eat even less, or if I should break from exercise a little.
Here are the things I've been doing.
1. Stopped drinking soda.
2. Drinking more water.
3. 1 egg, one slice of lite bread and 1/2 cup orange juice.
4. Spinach salad with broccoli sprouts for lunch.
5. For dinner I usually cook a normal meal, but just eat a lot less of it.
6. I exercise for at least 1.5 hours a day.
7. I started at 248 and I'm at 241.5-239 for the past week.
8. Had my period last week.
26 year old female with no kids. Have been riding bike, running, and walking for exercise.

I want to write a pirate book (for fun- not published) and the two main characters are bro and sis, but the bro got captured by pirates when he was young, and the girls` parents died, and I need some good ideas, of how and why she got on the ship, and some problems she runs into, with her brother, on the ship. and, if you have any other suggestions for books, or ideas for this book, they are all apreciated.

There is this girl i have fallen in love with and i really want her. A couple years ago we was kinda close we never done it or nothing , We really wanted each other but due to a few problems it didnt work out and me going of to college and all.I just came back from college and now She has a boyfriend(One of my good friends).
