whenever i go to a friends house or they come over mine to sleepover we always get into these states where we have nothing to do how can i stop that from happening?

make it a lil party....make sure each of you have one secert to share...
make sure u have the best music....best food...etc...
and it is super food because no one will get bored...
polish each other's nails.... do girly stuff.

Set up a series of things to do before you even have the girls over.
Write them down and have everything ready to use, if props are needed, have the stuff close by.
Assign a certain amount of time for each activity and make sure you leave lots of time for talking and eating.
I think if you plan your evening out roughly ahead of time, you will find it will run smoothly.

get some really cheesy movies and make up a game where you have to make up your own words to what they are actually saying, turn the volume down and have fun.

do the classic stuff like "truth or dare" and try and sneak out and do something bad, prank phone calls, burning **** on neighbours doorstep etc. have fun.

need more infor...age etc...however try doing each others hair, nails, go out to a movie......cook something fun, there r a lot of things to do use your imagination
