my mom doesn't like my boyfriend of a year, and she think that we've broken up but that's not the case. yesterday he told me that he's moving to Antiqua. An island off the coast of Purto Rico and he thinks that i'm just going to quit going to school to be with him and he think he can convince me. However I'm not giving up my dream just to be with him. Should I let him go?

You already answered your own question, you don't want to give up your dreams to be with him, so let him go, if it's meant to be he'll be back.
