Interested in studies done on American Bulldogs around 100 pounds on a computerized bite sleeve.

There is no exact answer because the end result of the bite pressure would depend on why the dog is biting. Dogs that bite in prey drive bite the hardest because they need to hold on to their food. Dogs that bite in defense bite violently, but not a hard, since all defense is based on fear. It also depends on the dog's temperament and drives. Some dogs bite with intensity and some do not. I can tell you that on experiments done, they have measured dogs that bit around 350lbs psi, but again, that is dog and drive depended. I can also tell you that the hardest I have ever been bitten, and I get bitten every day because of my job, was by a small size Malinois that bit with enough pressure THROUGH a bite suit pants to cause a fracture on my lower shin bone. Not a great feeling.

I don't think there is an answer to this question. there is no set "bite force" for any particular breed. dogs in the same breed vary in size and strength and so bite force will vary as well.
