Read the Constitution, the Ammendments, and the complete body of U.S. Law. There is no such thing as a "Separation of Church & State", only a "Non-Establishment" clause that is to protect religion from the government.

Why do so few people (even lawyers) understand this?

hiya, I have two really nervous dogs, very badly treated in their past lives, I've had them for nearly two years and its only in the last few months that they've handled going 'out of our home'. this is abit of a daft question - when I am lead training for walks out, am I okay training them both on the same side at the same time or one side each? pls dont say one at a time as I dont have time for 4 walks a day. they're scared of everything, one sticks to me an 1 trys to scarper at the first sighting of just about anything. yea a daft question, just wonderin if anyone has had the same type of exerience, oh and I prefer them both on one side, samelead then, cheers all, *

Me and my boyfriend Mark has been broken up for about 4 months now. Im 14 about 2 be 15. Im in a new realtionship with a new guy Chaz. But i havent had sex with the new boyfriend yet. I havent cheated on MArk or nuthin. The reason of or break up was to see new pple. i dont know how to tell Mark that im pregant with his baby. And we dont even talk anymore. or nothing. Im afraid of his reaction. Because when we was together Mark heard rumors that i cheated on him when i really didn't. I am despreate 4 advice. I'm 5-7 126 lbs... measurement 34C-26-36... I naturally slim, but I really need to tone..

don't have enough money for a personal trainer.

Can anyone write up a good regimin for me..
basically just want to tone all over and get a nice flat stomach.

I have a full gym in my apartments with all the machines and free weights.

I have married into what I suppose you would call a "non-practicing Catholic family". I am a Baptist.My step-children and niece have God parents. I thought I'd heard somewhere that God parents were responsible for the children's religious upbringing. My husband said he'd never heard of that, that the God parents were to take the children in the event of the parent's death-that was the purpose.Also,the kids call the God father a French sounding name,that begins with a P, but they call the God mother "Nanny", which to me, sounds like a goat, or a redneck grandmother. So,my question is,what are the duties of God parents, and what are the names to call them?

Did you know that Iranian pop music is chosen as the best pop music in Europe?(In France) Even one of the songs named "Imagine" won the world peace nobel prize in 2005.You ask me, the best pop melody can be found in the current Iranian pop music, the fast music with non-stop boom boom from the beginning to the end doesn't let the listener take a breath!, and all songs are very well built with the best and the most poetic lyrics possible.You know that Persian literature is famous , so naturally modern pop singers don't forget benefiting from that! I think it's so unfair that Iranian pop music is unkown just because it's Iranian! So, I've started to translate some really great songs and I send them to quite a lot of people from all around the world.Even one of them told me, she's gonna begin learning Persian just to understand the songs by herself! I remember when I first began to learn English, my goal was to understand American songs.Who knew that English would really become my course at university?!
Now, I was just asking to see if anybody is interested in a really different thing, just e-mail me and get your songs with translations.Here's a sample of the songs:

I really want a six pack but i cannot seem to get one i tried diets, exersizes and everything I want to get those perfect abs quick, as quick as possible... is there a way i can get them fast? In like a month or less? how long will it take?
I really want hot abs if anyone can help me it will be awesome im skinny i way 150-160 pounds but i can only see my abs a little when i flex them a lot or if i look really close i want hot super defined abs i need help im desperate anything... please help and thank you to anyone that can help me it means a lot to me!

with our 1st, we picked her up when she cried. I had read it gave a sense of comfort. We also allowed her to sleep with us most of the time. Either all night, or in the middle of the night. Now the 1st is turning 6, sleeps in her own bed & is relativly good mannered. Our 2nd is going along the same path. I find that I am sometimes busy with the 1st & cannot pick-up the 2nd child when she is screaming. Today, I had to help the 1st with her hair (she has a scalp condition) & the baby (6mths old) had to lie there crying for approx. 5 mins. My 6 yr old asked why she had to hear her sister cry. I told her that I had my hands busy & that the baby would have to learn to comfort herself BUT I ended up picking her up & putting her on my lap. I had to do the 6yr old's hair with 1 hand (kind hard to do). I was a little upset & vocal. I want my older daughter to be good with the baby but I find myself mumbleing unkind words sometimes, & I think my older 1 hears. How do I keep my mouth in check?
