It would be c, biogeochemical cycle. The carbon cycle discribes the carbon (chemical) in biota (such as the uptake of carbon in organisms), the geology, (precipitation and desolutuiion in rocks (ie lmestone) and in the atmosphere (carbon dioxide, again chemical).

My best guess would be D, since geo stands for geologic, and chemical would be the chemical changes the carbon goes through in this cycle.
