יהוה רֹעִי

It means "yhwh is my shepherd" (pronounced: adonay ro'i).
The first word is written יהוה (yhwh) but pronounced "adonay" (my lord), as you should not say the explicit name.

the problem is that while I could quote you the common phrase (hashem ro'ee) it isn't exact because I am using the word we use to replace god's name when not actually praying. If I were saying this in a religious seeting, I would not say "hashem".
