can you help my insecurity?

been on and off w/my guy for 2 yrs. there are reasons..when were together its contentment-peaceful -happy days...im so insecure and cant shake it..when in fact he just lets everything go from the times we werent together.......HOW DO I DO THAT?

I have a recipe I want to make, but the pan I have for it is a little too big?

I think this girl like me?

i went to chruch and there was 3 girls siting so i go sit near the girls. and when is time to shake eveyone hands i go shake the girls hands and for one of the girl right after i shake her hand she Blushes & stares at the floor and then i go shake her sister hand she looks at my hand and me. then after i go shake more peoples hands. and when i go back to sit i hear a wispering to her firend hes cute then her firend looks at me for like 10 secs. then the girl who says it look at me when i look back shel looks somewhere else fast?

Racial steryotypes. Are they racists?

Do do consider steryotypes like Italians are mobsters or Irish are heavy drinkers, whites can't dance, jews are cheap, blacks always have fancy rims etc. to be racist. I think it is all in good humour.

Ladies and gents, relationship advice please?

My boyfriend of a couple of months seems to be hung up on his ex who is his daughters mother. The relationship ended over 10 years ago but he still talks about her as if she were a real goddess and says he wishes things had been different between them. Obviously it seems like I'm stupid to be staying with him but it's allready too late, and there is real chemistry between us. We are not teenagers, but I don't know what to do. What do you think, is it worth pursuing it and risking being dumped for the ex if she clicks her fingers, or am I worrying about nothing. Any sensible advice apreciated.

Is it really good for you?

A couple of years ago, I was doing a research paper on vegetarianism and I read an article about dairy and how it really isnt good for your bones, nor does it give you the right amount of calcium. The article said that it's simply a marketing scheme, and that a lady had gotten very sick from including dairy in her diet. The article mentioned that dairy is in fact not good for humans and we should be very careful when consuming it. Has anyone ever heard this before?
