I have a 15x11x2 pan (instead of 15x10x1)

Can I increase the recipe or the temperature to make up for the size? If so, how?

Don't worry about it. They will be fine. Your pan doesn't need to be the exact size. It says to bake for 25 minutes, go ahead and check them at 20 minutes. If they are not done, bake them in 5-minute increments until they are. Sounds yummy!

Hi, it's ok to have a bigger pan, like the one you have. You just cook the recipe as stated, BUT, shorten the cooking time by about 5 minutes or until it looks done.Looks like it will be something worth trying myself. :-) . I'm guessing also from what the recipe calls done, is when it's kind'a firm like a cake. Hope this helps you out.

You shouldn't have to do anything like that. it would just be a little bit thinner than the recipe says it should be

I think it should be just fine. Your bars will be a little bit thinner than theirs, and they may cook a little faster. I'm not sure how they will "test done" but I would start watching for them to be done maybe 5 minutes sooner. i wouldn't change anything else about it.

Sounds yummy! Good luck!

You can factor your recipe ingredients by 2.2 from the recipe.

no, it's fine... that isn't that big of a difference. don't worry about it. your recipe just won't be as thick.
