How can I backup my existing EUDORA or OUTLOOK Express e-mails? I need to format my Hard Drive. Before format my Hard Drive in which way I can backup my e-mails?

With True Image you can backup your Outlook mails, contacts, program settings and other files and store backup images on any media (in your case I think it is better to store images on DVD or CD). On Outlook Express, click File, then Export. Do both exports, the Address Book (if you have saved contacts) and Messages.
File, Import to import them back.

Not sure about Eudora. In Microsoft Outlook (the one that comes with Office) you just save the outlook.pst file under documents and settings\administrator\application data\outlook
