It seems to me that women in general are more accepting of people who don't fit the "norm" of society. I believe straight men find it hard to accept a gay man because it does not benefit them. Two lesbian or bisexual girls is considered hot; every man's fantasy. Do you agree or disagree?

It goes something like "yeah you're dead inside. yeah you wonder why" and it's by, like a guy group, rock maybe. another song is called, pain, i think and it goes something like "trust me i've got a plan, when the lights go up you'll see why" or something. do you know the group or the singer? He was practically living at my house, as of last week he wanted to work things out. This week he says he wants to build a friendship foundation to see if I would treat him the same as a friend. Says he doesnt want to leave out of my life and that I should be excited about getting to know him better. And that we individually need to work on things within ourselves. is he just bsing me, or does is willing to work on things in the future?

Some of my buddies have said that they will only marry women from other cultures (Hispanic, Asian) because they feel they get better treatment and don't have a "princess complex" like many American women.

My buddies have made up their minds. I'm on the fence on this issue. Do they have a point?

They say American women (rightly) expect to be treated specially ("open my doors, bring me flowers, pay for our dates , take care of me. . .").

How do they reciprocate? By offering the pleasure of their company

They'd never dream of fixing a man a plate and actually serving it. They feel it would be demeaning. "I'm not your SLAVE. . . . . but, you'd better open my doors."

By contrast, we (4 of us) were invited to the home of a Latina for dinner. She and the other Latinas actually served us and THEN they ate themselves. We were stunned. We didn't ask for or expect it.

But, those ladies understand that the door of service swings both ways. Many American women don't get that.

I was taught mine (christian) when I was 6 years old.If my parents were any other religion then thats how I would think today.How can all the others be wrong?How can anyone believe they have all the answers and billions of others will burn in hell.How can any God condemn someone who has never heard of Him through no fault of thier own.I know very little to nothing of most religions.How many "hells" am I going to burn in?

This guy dated me for a week, then broke it off unexpectedly without giving me a reason why. Well just to show that it didn't hurt my feelings, we decided to be friends but then again, I still get a feeling for him. Well a week or so after he broke it off we were talking online. I ask him what is on his mind, he says that he was just thinking about the fun that we had together, which is why he didnt answer my questions much. I asked him what he meant by that and he said that he didn't know. Later on, in another conversation, like 2 days later, I ask him the same ? and he says that he was thinking about me. I asked him why and he said "it could be because i am talking to you, you're pretty, many reasons." Not only that, he leaves me confused when we have conversations. We start off arguing about him not wanting a relationship like he said he wanted with me before. But then, we start having a normal conversation. What is really going on here? What should I do, play hard to get?
